About the Samsung S25 Ultra Battery
Launched in February 2025, the Galaxy S25 Ultra (SM-S938 series) pairs its 5,000mAh cell with a 6.9-inch QHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X display that adjusts between 1Hz and 120Hz. The battery sits beneath the glass back panel, so replacement involves carefully removing and refitting the back cover rather than going through the screen.
Unlike earlier Ultras, the S25 Ultra’s S Pen has no Bluetooth or battery of its own, so it never needs charging and is unaffected by a battery swap. After replacement, allow a few full charge cycles for the battery percentage reading to settle.
