About the MacBook Air 13″ A3113 M3 (2024) Display
The 13-inch MacBook Air A3113 launched in March 2024 with Apple’s M3 chip. It uses a 13.6-inch Liquid Retina (LED-backlit IPS) display at 2560 x 1664 with 500 nits brightness and 1 billion colours, and a notch holding the 1080p FaceTime HD camera.
Its slim lid makes the screen vulnerable to pressure — a pen, earbuds or a charging cable left on the keyboard can crack the panel when the lid is closed. As the glass and panel are bonded, the fix is a display replacement. Check the underside for “A3113”; the M2 13-inch Air is the A2681 and the M4 model has a different number.
