About the iPhone 12 Mini Back Glass
The iPhone 12 Mini (model numbers A2176, A2398, A2399 and A2400) launched in November 2020 as the smallest model in the line-up, with a 5.4-inch display. It has a glossy glass back in an aluminium frame, a dual camera, and MagSafe magnets behind the glass, charging wirelessly at up to 12W. Colours were Black, White, Blue, Green and (PRODUCT)RED, with Purple added in 2021.
A cracked back weakens the phone’s IP68 water resistance and can leave a MagSafe case or wallet sitting unevenly.
