Model number A2338 covers the 13-inch MacBook Pro with Apple’s M1 chip (late 2020) and the M2 version (2022). Both use a 13.3-inch LED-backlit IPS Retina display at 2560×1600 with 500 nits brightness, P3 wide colour and True Tone, plus the Touch Bar with Touch ID and two Thunderbolt / USB 4 ports.
The thin display is easily cracked by pressure, for example closing the lid on earbuds or a pen. We replace the damaged panel and check brightness, colour and the camera before handing it back.
