About the iPhone 16 Pro Max Back Glass
Launched in September 2024, the iPhone 16 Pro Max (model numbers A3084, A3295, A3296 and A3297) pairs a textured matte glass back with a Grade 5 titanium frame and an IP68 rating. It came in Black Titanium, White Titanium, Natural Titanium and Desert Titanium.
The back glass sits over the MagSafe magnet array and charging coil, which supports up to 25W MagSafe charging with a 30W or higher adapter. A new panel restores the matte finish, removes sharp edges and helps keep dust and water away from the internals.
