About the iPhone 12 Pro Back Glass
The iPhone 12 Pro (model numbers A2341, A2406, A2407 and A2408) launched in October 2020 in Graphite, Silver, Gold and Pacific Blue. Its rear panel is matte textured glass framed in stainless steel, with a triple camera and LiDAR scanner in the top corner and MagSafe magnets behind the glass for wireless charging.
Once the back is cracked, the phone’s IP68 water resistance can no longer be relied on, and glass fragments can scratch the camera lens cover. A new back restores the original look and feel.
