About the OPPO Reno 15 Screen
The OPPO Reno 15 uses a 6.59-inch LTPS AMOLED panel with a 2760 x 1256 resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate, and its optical fingerprint reader sits underneath the display. Because the sensor reads through the screen, a crack or a damaged layer over that area often makes unlocking unreliable even when the picture still looks normal.
A replacement panel restores the image, touch response and the under-display fingerprint area in one repair. Afterwards, we suggest deleting and re-registering your fingerprints in Settings so the sensor learns them through the new glass.
