About the OPPO A78 Screen
OPPO sold two different phones called the A78. The A78 4G covered here has a 6.43-inch AMOLED display (1080 x 2400, 90Hz) with an in-display fingerprint sensor and a Snapdragon 680. The A78 5G is a separate model with a 6.56-inch LCD and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, so the two screens are not interchangeable.
Check Settings > About device to confirm which A78 you have before you visit. On the AMOLED version, cracks often show as green or black lines that spread over time, and fingerprint unlock may fail where the panel is damaged.
