About the iPhone 11 Back Glass
Apple launched the iPhone 11 in 2019 in six colours — black, white, (PRODUCT)RED, yellow, purple and green — with a glossy glass back, a frosted square camera bump with dual 12MP cameras, and Qi wireless charging through the rear glass. It is rated IP68 (up to 2 metres for 30 minutes) when undamaged.
On the iPhone 11 the back glass is bonded directly to the aluminium frame rather than fitted as a separate part, which is why the repair needs careful removal of the old glass and full disassembly. Once done, wireless charging and the camera cover work as before.
