About the Vivo V27 Battery
Launched in March 2023, the Vivo V27 pairs a 6.78-inch curved 120Hz AMOLED display with the MediaTek Dimensity 7200 chip and a 4,600mAh battery that supports 66W FlashCharge. Charging at that power produces heat, and over hundreds of cycles heat is one of the main reasons a cell loses capacity.
The V27’s battery sits behind its glass back panel, which has to be removed to reach it. After the new cell is fitted, give it a few full charge cycles so Android’s battery estimate recalibrates and the percentage readings become accurate again.
