About the OPPO A18 Battery
The OPPO A18, released in 2023, uses a MediaTek Helio G85 chip, a 6.56-inch 90Hz LCD and a 5,000mAh battery that charges at 10W. Because charging is relatively slow, a worn battery hurts twice: it drains sooner and it takes longer to refill.
A new cell brings back the A18’s original all-day endurance. A full recharge still takes a while at 10W, just as on a new phone, so allow a few complete cycles for the percentage readout to settle.
