We have 4 outlets across Singapore:

What are your opening hours?
All 4 outlets are open daily 11:00am to 9:00pm, including public holidays.
Do I need to make an appointment?
No appointment needed — walk-ins are always welcome. We recommend WhatsApping us at +65 9678 0203 first to confirm part availability before coming down.

Repairs & Pricing

How much does diagnostics cost?
Free. We inspect your device and tell you exactly what’s wrong at no cost. You only pay if you decide to proceed with the repair.
How long does a typical repair take?
Most common repairs (screen, battery, charging port) are completed within 60 to 120 minutes on the spot. Complex motherboard repairs may take longer — we’ll always give you a timeline first.
What is the difference between Glass Repair and Screen Replacement?

Glass repair — if the screen is cracked but the display and touch still work perfectly, we can replace just the outer glass. More affordable.

Screen replacement — if there are black spots, coloured lines, or touch isn’t responding, the internal display is damaged and the full screen module needs replacing.

What parts do you use?
We use Grade A parts — manufactured to original equipment specifications. Same display quality, touch sensitivity, and battery capacity as your original. We do not use cheap aftermarket parts.

Warranty & Data

Is there a warranty on repairs?
Yes. All repairs come with a 60-day warranty. If the part we replaced malfunctions, bring it back to any of our 4 outlets and we’ll fix it.
Will my data be lost during repair?
In 99% of cases (screen, battery, charging port) your data is completely safe. We always recommend backing up before any repair just in case. Unlike official service centres, we do not wipe devices.
Why do you need my passcode?
We need your passcode strictly to test your device’s functions (camera, Face ID, speakers, touch) before and after the repair. We never access your personal files or photos.
Will my phone still be waterproof after repair?
We use high-quality water-resistant adhesives when reassembling. However, once a phone has been opened we cannot guarantee factory-level water resistance. We advise keeping it away from water after repair.

Buying & Selling Phones

Do you buy used phones or accept trade-ins?
Yes. We buy used phones at competitive prices. Bring your device to any outlet for a quick free quote.
Are your second-hand phones covered by warranty?
Yes. All certified pre-owned devices are rigorously tested and come with a 60-day warranty.
What is the difference between Activated and Non-Activated iPhones?

Non-Activated — factory-sealed, warranty hasn’t started yet. Begins only when you activate.

Activated — box opened (often for export checks), warranty clock has started but the phone itself is pristine. Priced lower.
