The Toshiba TSB 4226VE9461CHNA1 1927 64 GB flash storage and the YY NEC 9M9a are the parts that you can find on the top side. Aside from all the chips, there is a graphite thermal transfer material for the RF board.

Checking Out The Battery

If you turn the battery, you will find repair-friendly features. But the Taptic Engine will not let you do it easily because of the stretch-release adhesive strips being used to secure it in place.
